No over-harvesting is allowed and a strict re-planting regimen is enforced. Teak ages to a soft, silvery grey over time. You can choose to leave the natural patina or you may revive the original color of your teak with a gentle sanding and an application of teak oil. Teak is extremely dense and highly resistant to swelling, shrinkage, rot and warping.
