Garden Seating is First
Priority
Seating, such
as chairs, and benches or rockers that
accommodate several people, is the first item to
consider when purchasing outdoor furniture.
Benches are especially good to have on hand
in case you have a number of unexpected guests.
When you’re alone, you can use the bench as a
footrest. You can enjoy the beauty of your
garden in a comfortable traditional or
Adirondack-style chair.
For the truly rustic look, you can buy
unvarnished furniture and occasionally apply oil
to protect it from moisture, or you can select a
soft weathered-style paint or exterior coated
chair. Rustic-style ottomans can provide
additional comfort and serve as extra seating
when necessary. You might put them on your list
to check out and possibly buy. They add a touch
of elegance and open up the seating area
visually. Footrests are also popular along with
ottomans.
You can spend many hours in a rocker chair
enjoying the view, reading, and meditating. A
blanket spread over the seat makes it especially
cozy. Rustic log love seats are also available
for sharing time and memories in the garden or
patio with a loved one. Rustic outdoor tables
and coffee tables come in all shapes and sizes
to meet your needs. They also come in children’s
sizes. You can buy small rockers, tables, and
chairs in natural wood or a variety of lively
colors kids love.
There’s nothing like rustic outdoor wood
furniture to add a warm, attractive, and
welcoming look to your patio that not only
everyone in the family, but guests as well, will
appreciate and enjoy for years.
